Description
A sanctuary for healing, growth and balance, the Healing Gardens at Stone Hill Farm will be our studio away from home for this unique yoga field trip. Located in St. Charles IL and just a short drive from our home studio, the family owned, 4.5 acre property is a safe, quiet place to experience the sacred through wooded paths and perennial gardens. Students will be led through a nature-themed asana and meditation practice, followed by a walking tour, light snack and personal time for journaling or quiet reflection.
