Acrobatic Yoga Jam with Sarah Starnes, $16

Description

Calling all able bodied, adventurous yogis who enjoy taking things to the next level and exploring fun and challenging Asanas solo, with a partner and in groups.  Expect to step outside of your comfort zone and try new things you have never seen before, in safe and skillful ways.  Come to class with an open mind and a smile and you just might have more fun on your mat than ever before! Please be able to kick up to a handstand at the wall unassisted, hold a headstand away from a wall and have no major injuries or limitation to attend this class. Held the fourth Friday of every month.
