Description
Aaron Putnam is an American stand-up comedian and podcaster. He honed his skills on the improv stage at the Upright Citizens Brigade in New York City, specifically at the original 26th Street location. Aaron has had the honor of opening for several of his comedy heroes, including Robert Kelly, Rich Vos, Bonnie MacFarlane, Doug Stanhope, and many others.
He proudly considers the Laugh Factory Chicago his home club, where he performs regularly and has headlined venues across the country. Known for being disarmingly funny and charming, Aaron draws inspiration from his real-life experiences and his upbringing in Detroit, Michigan.
Additionally, Aaron is the founder of Stand-Up in Recovery, an initiative that brings stand-up comedy to treatment centers for young teens and adults facing challenges with addiction. He regards these shows as the greatest accomplishments of his stand-up career. Aaron has performed at numerous comedy festivals, including the Del Close Marathon and Skankfest Vegas. He is happily married and has two wonderful stepsons, along with his beautiful wife, Hilaire.
In his spare time, he enjoys indulging in his guilty pleasure of watching AGT buzzer performances and episodes of Dance Moms. Aaron currently splits his time between New York City and Chicago.
Presale tickets are $10 ahead of time or $15 at the door.
