DESCRIPTION:Join us March 7 for the Monthly West Suburban Chamber of Commerce Executives Lunch. Come with your ideas about improving the future of Chambers of Commerce. NOTE\; This lunch is ONLY for Chamber of Commerce Executives and Presidents. My Board has talked about a scorecard or dashboard with 3-4 key metrics to track\, other than financials and members added and dropped. Financials and membership numbers are lagging indicators of success\, not leading indicators. We have toyed with some measure of "participation" but that is either elusive or difficult to define and measure. I'd like some measure of community or economic impact\, but also elusive and difficult. Not only that\, but those number should be driven by a clear and meaningful statement of purpose...which we\, quite frankly\, don't have. So...any ideas related to that would be great.
