DESCRIPTION:If you've been practicing yoga for at least a year\, have grown in confidence since you began your yoga journey and enjoy the challenge of our regular yoga class\, this workshop is for you.  Join Shine Yoga instructor Meggan Riley for an intermediate/advanced workshop that will challenge your limits on all levels.  Be prepared to play your edge with integrity and consciousness.  Students should be able to push up into a backbend and practice handstand at the wall.
