Service is one of the most powerful ways we can show gratitude\, build connection\, and remind others they are not alone.\n\n \n\nVolunteer Projects Include: Meals-in-a-Bag for Veterans\, Outreach Snack Packs for Homeless Veterans\, Squad Snacks for First Responders\,  Additional care and support initiatives\n\n \n\nWho Can Volunteer?\n\n\n	Individuals   Families   Friend Groups   Coworkers   Community Teams\n\nNo experience needed just a heart to serve.\n\n \n\nWhy Support Over Stigma?\n\nSupport Over Stigma exists to break the stigma surrounding mental health and provide practical\, peer-driven support to our military\, veterans\, and first responders because asking for help should never be a barrier to healing.\n\n \n\nJoin Us.
