DESCRIPTION:Lazarus House is excited to announce the 2020 Great Western Freedom 4 Virtual Run/Ride/Walk-a-thon to replace the competitive run usually held on July 4th Run-Ride-Walk to support your neighbors in crisis! YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE Join the fun and support Lazarus House by running\, riding\, and walking as much as you want\, when you want\, and where you want\, as a fundraiser to support Lazarus House during the month of August. Participate as an individual\, join a team\, or become a Team Captain and gather your friends/family to fundraise together\, while maintaining social distancing! Participants will earn prizes for their fundraising and participation efforts. There will also be Pop-up challenges on social media to earn even more prizes! All proceeds benefit Lazarus House\, a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit Emergency Shelter\, Center for Transitional Living\, and Homeless Prevention Program for men\, women\, and children who are homeless or in crisis from Batavia\, Geneva\, St. Charles\, or western rural Kane County.
