DESCRIPTION:Building upon the basic principlas learned in Part I\, this course allows the opportunity to get specific on matching certain foods and menus to the right wine or range of wines.  Learn different winesto match with the same dish or with a different sauce.  Focus will be on certain dishes and particular sauces\, as well as selecting the right wines for each course of a multi-course meal.   Participants will emerge confident in their ability to tackle most menu situations.  This is a highly interactive class.  Participants will sample 5 wines in each session. \n\nThis class will be held at Gibby's Wine Den\, reservations are required.
