DESCRIPTION:The Fox Valley Academy of Music Performance invites musicians of all ages\, to audition for the Academy and Philharmonic orchestras for its 2015-2016 season. Strings\, woodwinds\, brass\, and percussion players should prepare a solo or  tude\, scales\, and excerpts for the audition. Auditions are scheduled for Sunday\, August 30th (or by appointment) at Our Savior Church in Aurora. (The FVAMP is not affiliated with any church denomination.) To schedule an audition time\, contact the FVAMP at 630-476-9072 or Info@FVacademy.org. The Fox Valley Academy of Music Performance is a non-profit musical organization which includes the Academy Orchestras (ages 7-18)\, and the adult Philharmonic Orchestra. Ensembles rehearse at various times on Sundays from September to May. Members of the FVAMP represent more than sixteen different communities in and around the Fox Valley and Chicagoland area.
