SUMMARY:Annual Underwear Party to Benefit Batavia United Way
DESCRIPTION:The Batavia Lions Club is hosting their 3rd Annual Underwear Party (and socks too!) on November 14\, 2019\, at Bar Evolution (27 N. River St. Batavia) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. There is a $10 cover at the door (and we will do the shopping) or the same value in packages of new underwear and socks. If you feel particularly generous\, we will gratefully accept both! \n\n\n\nThis program supports the Batavia United Way's Adopt-A-Family program which provides over 100 families in need in Batavia with gifts of clothing\, games\, and toys to make their holidays brighter.\n\n\n\nLast year\, we netted hundreds of pairs of underwear for boys and girls of all ages and over $2000 to purchase other necessities for our families. Bar Evolution will be providing complimentary appetizers\, and a Cash Bar will be offered if you would like to stay and socialize. A Raffle Basket table will also be available if you'd like to get your holiday shopping started.
