This event serves up the best Texas style chili with cooks coming in from a five state region to compete. Purchase a tasting spoon for $5 - or compete with your own chili.\n\n \n\nOn Sunday\, July 23 there is a second chili cookoff where cooks can qualify for other state championships from the region.
