Immediate part-time opening. Green Tree Bookkeeping Inc. (North Aurora, IL), an established and growing bookkeeping company is now accepting applications for a careful, persistent, and service-driven individual to join our team. You will be working with a relaxed, easy-going, and light-hearted small team of people.

Bookkeeper:
• To enter data into Quickbooks, into the correct accounts
• Reconcile bank, credit card, stripe and other accounts in Quickbooks
• Organize a client's Chart of Accounts
• Add Assets and Liabilities on a client's account
• Create journal entries on a client's account
• Keep accurate records and data entry of time spent with clients
Office Assistance:
• Filing, updating reports, process billing for company
• Create systems to organize work flow and deadlines
• Look for opportunities to learn how to review client files and assist with training.
Communication Support:
• Answer incoming phone calls and take notes / route appropriately
• Ask screening questions of new clients to help onboard them well
• Assist with communication between bookkeepers
