This session reframes positive mindset as a practical leadership discipline rooted in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and Positive Intelligence® principles. Designed especially for women in manufacturing, participants will explore how internal “saboteurs” impact communication, confidence, decision-making, and leadership presence—and learn practical tools to lead with greater clarity, resilience, compassion, and human strength.
