Workshop 4: Developing an Action Plan
Developing an Action Planwill Empower Your Group to Successfully Execute Your Goals in the Real World!
Your nonprofit has identified where they are headed and why. You have a list of goals and KPIs to stay on track in reaching those goals. You have identified the major influences impacting your nonprofit’s direction. Armed with this information, you have all the components needed to build a plan to get you to tomorrow.
Workshop Goals:
- Goal statements the nonprofit can implement readily that are relevant to their situation
- Goal statements that will address more than one Priority Key Issue
- Skill set imparted to students to sustainably repeat this process annually
- Action plans to support each goal statement; monitorable and trackable for results
- Skill set imparted to students to sustainably repeat this process in the future
Mike Williams, with Board of Director is experienced in setting goals and developing Action Plans with numerous nonprofit organizations, will lead this workshop towards understanding the elements of Goal Setting, Establishing Measurable Goals, and Writing a Workable Action Plan.
