How Identifying Goals and Key Measurements of Progress will Provide a Prioritized Road Map to Achieving Positive Results!  Learn how to set goals, 3 months, 6 months, one year, five-year, etc. Utilize key performance indicators to measure performance for a particular activity to ensure your nonprofit is on track to meet all of your goals. Learn to choose the right KPIs for different aspects of your nonprofit.

Workshop Goals:

1. Develop a listing of key goals to measure success of each Attendee’s organization
2. Develop a method to choose the most important goals to focus on
3. Learn a means to present a five-year grid of measurable goals meaningful to their board
4. Create a summary of their organization’s Mission, Vision, and Key Measurable Goals for five years; sustainable method to track and reproduce updated grid in future.
