Gindo's Spice of Life is once again creating a Batavia Community Hot Sauce. Sales of the 2nd edition of the sauce will benefit the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry. If you have a wealth of hot peppers and don't know what to do with them, bring them to Gindo's St. Charles location to be turned into a one-of-a-kind hot sauce for Batavia!
