I have an interesting perspective from the Gatorade experience I will elaborate on at the meeting\, but in a nutshell\, what they discovered is that the more they narrowed and focused their marketing message\, the larger their market grew! Seems counter intuitive right? I'll explain why it is not. But\, if that logic holds\, how would we narrow our marketing messages?  They also learned that vision is all about sacrifice...you cannot be all things to all people\, so who are you serving? Let's talk some more?
